The wise management invests in the potential workers.There must be phases. Each phase must set an objective. Phase1 Identify the potential growth of an individual or a group. Phase2 Relate the potential growth with the industrial Performance. Phase3 The strength of the individual Phase 4 Start by "Testing" what  the individual  can achieve  Phase5 Continuous involvement and the ladder of production. Phase6 Creating the network of Salesforce with distinct abilities. What will be the Results? The industry will grow which means -More  clients -Sustainability Ownership of quality product. Grading your Wisdom

Our Wisdoms are not the same. Wisdom according to me is to achieve what others cannot reach whether it's good or  otherwise. Types of Wisdoms They  are three. 1.Personal Wisdom 2.Consensus Wisdom 3.Group Wisdom  Whatever kind of Wisdom must have basics, where it will start.Any good Wisdom must be 1.Clear 2.goal-orientated 3.valuable 4.beneficial to all parties Wisdom must not  -show fear -selfishness -unrectifiable holes. Wisdom and Cunning

There is a difference between Wisdom and Cunning.Wisdom is the genuine action with helping  opinion either personal or for  others.Cunning have a certain evil covered  in the form of wisdom. Wisdom characteristics  It lasts  to the lifetime. It helps everybody. It has the weight of positive contribution. It is open. Characteristics of cunning  It is just a short time then it will be uncovered. It is selfish. It is negative. To whom does Wisdom refer to?
