Our Wisdoms are not the same. Wisdom according to me is to achieve what others cannot reach whether it's good or  otherwise. Types of Wisdoms They  are three. 1.Personal Wisdom 2.Consensus Wisdom 3.Group Wisdom  Whatever kind of Wisdom must have basics, where it will start.Any good Wisdom must be 1.Clear 2.goal-orientated 3.valuable 4.beneficial to all parties Wisdom must not  -show fear -selfishness -unrectifiable holes. Who must lead Wisdom  -No age limit  -Better idea and ideology  -understanding person/people -visionary -solution seeker  -hardworker -objective person
